We live in a world of inspiration available at our fingertips from across the globe! A country's food tells you a lot about their culture. Expand your horizons not only through tastes but also in the history behind these other cultures.
Typically a diet is a temporary and often extreme change in the way you eat, in an attempt to reach a specific goal or weight. However, when choosing a new eating lifestyle you are committing to a long term mindset shift surrounding the food you let into your life. How does the food we eat effect our happiness? On the surface, the food we eat can physically make us feel good or gross, but I have found there is more of a link to happiness through food than just how our stomach takes it. Trying something new can make us feel adventurous. Food can be beautiful and sensuous, and artistic! Food can give us energy to live life! Food can even cure illnesses!
