Summer grilling is not just for meat eaters! There is nothing more appealing on a hot summer evening than a grilled meal! I wanted that chard goodness and my husband delivered!
We took corn on the cob, asparagus, broccoli, carrots, poblano peppers, sliced up some zucchini, halved some bell peppers and skewered brussel sprouts and threw it all on the grill. We simply brushed on some olive oil and sprinkled some salt and pepper. We chose some Applewood charcoal for some added flavor.

In a relatively short amount of time later our veggies were deliciously grilled and ready to eat!
I was so full after devouring just these grilled veggies!
This delicious healthy dinner really hit the spot on a beautiful summer day!
